Refunds

Clear rules for refunds and cancellation.

Eligible refund requests can be submitted within 14 calendar days after a successful charge. A full refund is normally available only when no credits from that charge have been used.

• Cancellation stops a future renewal but does not automatically refund a charge
• Duplicate, unauthorized, incorrect, and undelivered-service cases are reviewed
• Approved refunds return to the original payment method
